IntouchCX Wins Excellence in Customer Service Award for Generative AI Technology
WINNIPEG, MB – APRIL 12, 2023 – IntouchCX, a global leader in contact center and technology solutions, has been named a winner in the 2023 Excellence in Customer Service Awards by Business Intelligence Group.
IntouchCX received the award in the Technology of the Year category for its Generative AI solution.
